Shipping: Your product will be shipped out within 1-2 days from your order date as long as the item is currently in stock. If your item is not in stock when you place your order we will notify you via email when the item will be shipped. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Standard Shipping & Handling Rates: We charge shipping and handling fees based on the number of items you have ordered and according to the US Postal service rates. The shipping and handling charge is designed to compensate us for the services we provide that enable you to enjoy the convenience of home selection and delivery of our products as well as overhead costs associated with these services.

Shipping and handling for sets and multi-disc titles may vary. There are no additional charges if we need to ship selections from your order separately via standard shipping. Shipping & handling charges for non-DVD or T-shirt merchandise will be stated with such offers.

Refund policy: You may return only unused products. Only unopened DVDs and clothing that has not been worn can be returned for a credit of the invoiced amount less the original shipping and handling charges. In other words, you must make the return at your expense, and we will not refund or adjust any shipping and handling charges incurred from the original or prior shipment. If you have opened or removed the outer wrap or other seals from the DVD or if the T-shirt appears to have been worn (in iN DEMAND’s sole opinion), NO REFUNDS, ADJUSTMENTS, OR CREDITS WILL BE MADE, unless the DVD or T-shirt is defective or arrived damaged.

All returns must be made within 45 days of the shipment-invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse all other returns. Refused returns will result in no refunds or adjustments whatsoever and the product will not be returned to you.
